It's crucial that you take breaks from your work every single day -- not just for your body, but your mind too. Convitex understands that children are diligent in their studies and play just as hard. Being sedentary for too long can leave you tired, distracted, and even cranky! That’s because our brains and bodies need rest. A little break makes you feel better and more relaxed and that is very important. To keep you happy and healthy, Convitex seeks to aid you in learning about how to take a proper short break.
It leads to improved productivity and concentration. Doing so without stopping makes you feel spent and tired if you work or play for a long time. It can also influence your thoughts and feelings. Research suggests that even a little time away from your desk can recharge your brain, fuel your creativity and lower your stress. Every day Convitex encourages our 3rd graders to take 5 to 10-minute breaks. These breaks are excellent in making you feel better, achieving more in your task, and maintaining the overall well-being of your mind and body.
You don’t have to have an extended break to come back feeling refreshed and ready to go again. Convitex Advises your short duration time to be taken in between your study time or during the game. For example, try to take a break for 5 to 10 minutes every 30 to 60 minutes. Which means, once you have been working or playing for a bit, you should stand up, stretch a bit, drink some water or even enjoy a healthy snack. It can be very nice to close your eyes for a moment and take a deep breath. These small tasks will get you feeling refreshed and in the mindset to start working again!
Get Outside – Go outside for a few minutes. Get out and get some fresh air and stretch your legs. You can go outside and play games, ride your bike or just take a nice walk in the park. Doing such things renews your mind and you get some energy.
Meditation – Find a quiet place where you can sit comfortably. Now close your eyes and concentrate on your breath. This kind of zen break will clear your thoughts and minimizing stress, allowing you to focus more easily when returning to task.
It can be a bit stressful sometimes, studying and playing. This is not a mindless exercise and Convitex knows how that feels: kids are competing against the academic pressure of a job. Breaks can reduce stress and anxiety. Taking a quick break calms your mind down and releases any pressure you might have in your muscles. Try deep breathing exercises or gentle stretches (yoga) to bring your mind and body into a more relaxed state. Keep in mind, its crucial that you take time to be alone and relax and feel good!
They consider those breaks a waste of time. But, Convitex proves you that breaks are actually more productive while doing more work in less time! Taking short breaks gives your body and brain a chance to recharge and reset, and when you go back to your work, you will be more productive. Research shows that taking time away allows you to complete work faster and with better quality. So little breaks actually prepare you for success!
