Bleed the brakes: With your helper pumping the brake pedal have the brakes bleeding air out of the brake lines. You’ll have to open a special valve to release the air. Your pedal will then drop completely to the floor. After you let out the air, close the valve. Continue until no more air was coming out of the brake lines.
